The Queen’s speech – delivery for young London?
November 25th, 2006
On Monday (27th November), I will be speaking at a Westminster debate organised by London Young Labour, entitled ‘The Queen’s speech – delivery for young London?’ I plan to talk about whether I think the Queen’s speech has benefited my young residents in Leyton ward.
The other panellists speaking at the event will be Nigel Griffiths MP, Deputy Leader of the House of Commons, the Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Youth Affairs, and Gemma Tumelty, President of the National Union of Students.

My attendance at the stated event has been confirmed. I hope to make a contribution of a higher standard than most of my blog entires thus far. Mind you, even my blog might take on a slightly more serious tone in the coming posts.
Nice site btw – a friend tried to reccomend it to me, since I’m working on publishing something regarding the Labour Party (incl. individuals) and the internet, but I had already chanced upon it. Keep up the good work!
